Meeting opened at 7:45 pm.

202 Seven Star Rd. - NOI/GNOI
Present:  Dena Dehullu, Dehullu Homes; Stephen M. Dehullu, Dehullu Homes; William Holt, PLSLC; James M. Polansky, Seekamp Environmental

Hearing opened 7:45 pm.  *(Did not submit tear sheets - will bring to site walk).  Submitted green cards.  William Holt submitted the plans for a single family house.  The wetlands were identified and flagged by Seekamp Environmental.  The soil was tested last Fall.  Perk test was found fully compliant.  110 - 116’ away from wetlands.  This area needs a well.  He submitted 2 proposed well sites, one is an alternate site.  Well shown is 50’ away.  Project also includes a driveway and a small amount of grading to accomplish the driveway.  He proposed staked hay bales with silt fence.

*Note, this is a single family - one home project.  DEP was mistaken in their interpretation in the plan.  How much equipment?  C. McKee asked them to move the line of hay bales to wrap around the alternate well location.  W. Holt will notify ConCom prior to construction, as part of the OOC if a change is made in the location of the well.  W. Holt said the lot was almost entirely wooded.  S. Dehullu said they would only have a minimum amount of clearing.  Clearing will be inside the boundaries up to the hay bales up to the septic area.  J. Termini suggested having the wetland areas marked with granite posts and signage.   J. Polanski said there was wooded swamp and no vernal pools.  He said he was there on October 3, 2005, and used hydric soil indicators to identify the boundaries.

Location of 3 markers:  On the north side one marker between the house and the wetlands on the 50’ line.  On the south side, 2 markers on the 50’ line.  W. Holt offered to stake the 4 corners of where the home will be.  ConCom will require that the road by paved.  Site visit Saturday, April 15, 2006 at 8:30 am.  Hearing continued until April 15th 8:30 am.   Hearing closed 8:04 am.
